So cool about the dvds, i hope they'll release every single seasons and that one day, they'll release them in France as well.
  • anitafananitafan August 2011
i hope they will release all the seasons too. At the moment it looks like it will be just the first one. I guess they will see how the first season will sell and go from there. We will need to get a lot of support from fans of the show to get them to release more than one season. :)

I'm still baffled why only 26 episodes are on Season 1 when there are 38 episodes. Does anyone know why?

It puts me off buying the box set.
  • EdwarddEdwardd March 3
Drazic_Park - Because there are only 14 episodes in Season 2. That would be a pointless release and waste of money. They have split it up so that the seasons fit in neatly.

    Season 1: 26 episodes.
Season 2 - 26 episodes (brings it neatly up to the end of season 2 ready for season 3).

I dont get why that would put you off anyway? You know what episodes are in each season, it shouldn't matter. Just watch each episode as it comes, its just awesome that HBH is finally on DVD!!!
  • Thanks for the reply, Edwardd.

So there are no missing/edited episodes for Seasons 1 and 2?

    Thanks again.
  • EdwarddEdwardd March 7
Hi - No episodes are missing or edited at all. They are all there, in their original state! :)

I was just in target at brookside shopping center this morning and you'll never guess what I saw!!!!! Heartbreak High season 1!!!!!!!! You can buy it at retailers now!!! Has any one seen it in any other retailers? =D>

^Yep it was out in JBHI Fi stores on the release date in October last year - Season 2 is also in every store that I've been to around Melbourne.

AND this is awesome - I was just on the Jb Hi Fi website and it has Heartbreak High Season 3 DVD listed!!! http://www.jbhifionline.com.au/dvd/dvd-genres/drama-romance/heartbreak-high-series-3/664522
  • are you serious? I haven't seen season 2 or 3 here in brisbane yet. I will have to scout around. this is amazing. I have been waiting for so long for this. thank you so much. I seriously have butterflys in my stomach.
  • EdwarddEdwardd April 4
Yeah I've also seen both Season 1 and 2 in BIG W. I bought Season 1 from JB Hi Fi in December for a Christmas present and had pre ordered my copy from Jb Hi Fi in October, got it the week it was officially released.

I'm really happy that Season 3 is to be released, I notice it isn't listed on Umbrella's site yet, maybe they are still finalising 'stuff'.

I really hope that the entire show is released; 210 episodes were broadcast in total, that isn't a huge amount considering loads of other TV shows have been released in full on DVD. Fingers crossed season 2 and 3 sell as well as season 1 did!
